Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags intact, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Without prior intimation return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return package must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. Please pack the items safely and dispatch it using a trackable courier service to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, a coupon code or store credit will be issued against the value of the products for future purchases.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was delivered. If you need a replacement, please contact us at aabharancreations2021@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8700418375 within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please share a small video or photo of the damaged or wrong item.
Our courier partner will arrange the pickup for replacements. Once the pickup is initiated, you will be informed via email. The item must be unused or unworn with all tags intact, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement, coupon code, or store credit.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
